Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in power electronics, grid-connected converters, and renewable-energy integration.
- Expertise in grid-forming and grid-following control concepts, including dq0-based current control and voltage-forming control structures.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, model-based development, and converter-grid interaction modelling.
- Experience using HIL/CHIL platforms for real-time testing (e.g., dSPACE, RTDS, Typhoon HIL, OPAL-RT)..
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in converter control, power electronics, or grid-integration engineering.

- Strong knowledge of grid-forming and grid-following converter control strategies.
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink modelling, analysis, and control-algorithm development.
- Experience with real-time testing
