NC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced NC Programmer to join for supporting structural parts manufacturing. If you are passionate about precision, thrive in aerospace environments and bring top-notch programming skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• NC Programming for 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machines
• Toolpath generation and validation in Vericut
• Tool Prove-out on high speed CNC Machines
• Fixing NC toolpaths based on FAI Reports
• Creation of shop floor setup sheets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (With German language proficiency) Not compulsory.
• 8-10 years of core NC Programming experience
• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• Expertise in Catia V5 WITH Advance Machining Module (AM2)
• Proficient in machining aluminum alloys (experience with titanium and stainless steel is a plus
• Strong interpretation of engineering drawings, COS AND TO
• Hands on with cutting tools and parameters
• Effective communication and soft skills.
