We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding, market-leading organisation specialising in critical power solutions for the data centre industry.
Our client is looking for an experienced European Service Manager to lead, develop and expand its service operations across Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in building and shaping a European service division within a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop field service operations across multiple European countries.
- Manage teams of engineers, subcontractors and service partners.
- Oversee service contracts, maintenance schedules, emergency call-outs and SLA performance.
- Drive operational efficiency, service profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement processes to support continued European expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for service budgets, commercial performance and operational delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical field service operations.
- Background in Power Generation, UPS, Critical Power, Data Centres, Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
- Experience managing engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational leadership skills.
- Experience developing or expanding service operations would be highly advantageous.
- Fluent English and at least conversational German.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe.
Salary up to €120,000, depending on experience.
