Provide L3 support for clients regarding Intune and Exchange-related issues. Manage and oversee both on-premises and online Exchange environments. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff. Will be first escalation level for resolving operational incidents (OnCall support is required on a rotation plan)
