Job Title: MES Consultant
Responsibilities:
- 7-10 years of experience of working in Logistics domain (Medical Devices Industry is preferable)
- Good proficiency in German language
- Good level understanding of business logistics warehouse operations pick pack ship warehouse management systems
- Experience in multiple technology service towers such as server storage virtualization web messaging databases WANLAN MS Windows Desktop computing hardware and software
- Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures associated with the ITIL framework
- Knowledge of ISA 95 and ISA 99 standards
- Ability to navigate and produce results in a global matrix organization
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for overall site health and infrastructure and application environment
- Coordinates and acts as SPOC/project lead for complex service requests local projects eg MES systems network expansion MPOD
- Serves as source of functional understanding of processes tools and integration of plant equipment with IT platforms eg Wonderware Camstar OSIPI Werum as well as Manufacturing business knowledge
- Interacts with multiple stakeholders Execution systems plant engineers and technicians and MLL IT
- Maintains facility IT ownership
- Monitor and achieve service levels tracks metrics/analytics and ensures site health of services eg network reliability availability capacity etc
- Delivery and coordination of end-user services service desk related to services eg desktop/printer/other hardware support network user access collaboration tools mobility software install maintenance
- Excellent communication skills oral business writing presenting and listening
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
