Role: Sharepoint SME
Location :- Germany
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration & Configuration:
- Manage and configure SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and OneDrive storage.
- Set up user permissions, access controls, and governance policies.
- Monitor system performance and usage analytics.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to end-users for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, synchronization, and integration.
- Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base.
- Will be first escalation level for resolving operational incidents (OnCall support is required within a rotation plan)
- Will be the technical SPOC interacting with the client and also with L1.5 teams and COE teams
