The Role

As a Junior Technical Support Consultant at LucaNet, you will become the first point of contact for our clients who have technical challenges. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to resolve issues promptly. You will be set in a learning-driven environment where your passion for technology and customer service is valued. What you’ll do

  • Handle technical support requests through tickets, emails, and calls in 1st Level Support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the 2nd and 3rd Level Support team when necessary.
  • Manage customer interactions and track issues using Salesforce.
  • Conduct and manage customer appointments based on dispatcher directives.
