The Role

Our Global Tax Center team is looking for motivated IT Supporters. If you are eager to manage our IT support and learn in the process, we look forward to your application!

What you\’ll do

  • Manage customer and employee inquiries within the IT support of the Global Tax Center.
  • Additionally, you will document and select support requests in our ticketing system , Redmine.
  • Identify and resolve errors, disruptions, issues, and bottlenecks.
  • You will actively participate in shaping and coordinating technical implementation as well as providing software products and the necessary infrastructure.

What you bring to the table

  • You are a student of Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL and experience with databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, would be good. Familiarity with various operating systems and related technologies is also advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is important.
  • You are customer and service-oriented.
  • An engaged, well-planned, and unsupervised working style, along with a high sense of responsibility, are self-evident for you.
