The Role

The Director of Professional Services at Lucanet will lead and manage the professional services organization globally, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful services that maximize customer success, satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role also encompasses responsibilities for implementation topics around consolidation and financial planning, extended planning and analysis, banking and cash management and lease accounting.

What you\’ll do

• Develop a global strategy to enhance customer experiences and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define service offerings based on market trends and customer needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to align services with their strategic objectives.
• Partner with sales, product management, and R&D to deliver cohesive services.
• Implement methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and identify and implement process improvements.
• Establish KPIs to assess service performance and drive improvements.
• Manage the financial performance of the service department, ensuring efficiency and revenue targets.
• Promote an inclusive culture that encourages professional growth.

What you bring to the table

• Extensive experience in professional services, consulting, or project management, particularly in B2B SaaS.
• At least 7 years in senior leadership managing global teams and projects.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and customers.
• Understanding of financial processes and software platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Skilled in using data and analytics for informed decision-making.
