Overview
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Lucanet, you translate business needs into actionable Salesforce requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ. You will work within the Salesforce Solutions team to own requirements, user stories, and UAT support for a multi-cloud Salesforce environment. Your impact spans lead-to-cash and case management processes, partnering with product owners, admins and cross-functional stakeholders. This one-year, fully remote role offers ownership, growth, and the chance to shape how finance-focused SaaS solutions enable business outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Gather and document requirements from Sales, Service, Finance and other teams for enhancements, fixes and new features
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and process docs in Jira for engineering
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify scope and edge cases
- Plan UAT, design test cases and support testing using structured business analysis methods
- Maintain traceability between requirements and delivered functionality
- Flag governance and data-access gaps early to prevent delivery impact
- Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner on backlog grooming and delivery sequencing
- Use AI tools to speed up requirements analysis, documentation and process definition
