The Role
Lead Lucanet\’s customer migration initiatives as we position ourselves as a leading CFO solution provider. You\’ll spearhead cross-functional teams from Account Management, Partner Sales, Marketing, TCO/ETL, and Professional Services, collaborating closely with our product team. Drive migrations to our CFO Solution Platform, focusing on existing customers across CFP, DM, and Tax solutions, plus scale-deal acquisitions.
You\’ll combine software migration expertise with strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless customer transitions that drive Lucanet\’s growth
What You\’ll Do

• Develop and execute migration strategies for different customer segments
• Lead cross-functional taskforce ensuring smooth customer transitions
• Collaborate with product team to address technical barriers and influence roadmap
• Create proactive communication strategies with compelling milestones
• Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure migration outcomes
• Provide regular progress reporting to CRO and executive leadership

What You Bring To The Table

• 3+ years enterprise software experience with customer-facing migration/implementation roles
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams with measurable results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with financial software or SaaS platforms highly desirable
• Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
