Lufthansa Consulting is currently looking for you to join our consultancy team in Frankfurt / Main, Germany as (Senior) Consultant (m/f) with focus on Airline Revenue Management and Pricing
Tasks
We are looking for open-minded consultants who have mastered their methods and tools and apply them competently to the individual questions of international and Lufthansa internal customers – regardless of whether the topic lies in their own core competence or another area of the aviation industry.
You will work in international and Lufthansa Group / inhouse consultancy projects. As a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for managing projects and project teams or several teams of consultants and client personnel.
In addition, you will:
- Participate in or lead projects in related areas of the aviation industry, such as pricing and revenue management strategies, organizational structure, reporting, implementation of branded fares and ancillaries.
- Support proposal preparation in coordination with the Solution Group Leader and participate in sales pitches.
- Independently create tailored consultancy services and solutions.

Requirements
A broad experience from an airline and a detailed understanding of the interaction between Revenue Management and related departments such as Pricing, Sales, and Network Management is essential. This should be complemented by your passion for aviation topics and consulting.
- Degree in business administration or economics, or relevant expertise and studies in a related field
- Several years of experience in airline revenue management, capacity steering, or pricing
- Good understanding of different airline business models and other commercial functions
- Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop client-specific solutions
- For Senior Consultants: experience in leadership roles, such as project manager or team lead
- International work experience and willingness to travel worldwide
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Work permit for Germany is required
