Job Description: Senior UX / UI Designer

As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you will improve overarching user flows and act as the voice of the customer within our organization. Your role involves optimizing team setups, managing agency relationships, and enhancing product features along the customer journey. You will support innovation initiatives, facilitate prototyping workshops, and lead design sprints.

1. You will lead end-to-end UX design efforts, from discovery to delivery, collaborating with practitioners, business owners, product owners, and cross-functional teams (developers, designers, editors).
2. You will shape the product vision in close collaboration with product managers.
3. You will drive design consistency and accessibility across products, translating complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences.
4. You will create prototypes, model user flows, and develop interface designs within a design system and style guides to improve UX/UI quality.
5. You will foster user research, implement UX methodologies, and advocate for user-centric thinking organization-wide.
6. You will leverage storytelling, information architecture, and digital copy creation along the customer journey.
7. You will manage the capacity of external design agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in user experience, media design, human-computer interaction, interface or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Expertise in digital content including online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG.
• Proven track record in user-centric design, target groups, user scenarios, and dialogues.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to align user-centered thinking in an Agile setting.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
