To strengthen our Product Management team in Basel, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in aviation maintenance and production planning.
Starting date : upon agreement
- Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Production Planning.
- Translate customer and industry needs into product requirements.
- Prioritize development based on customer value and business goals.
- Partner with development teams on solution design and delivery.
- Serve as the link between customers, aviation experts, and developers.
- Validate outcomes through feedback, performance, and improvements.
- Monitor aviation regulations, industry trends, and new technologies.
- Build industry relationships and contribute to standards development.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar software product role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance and production planning.
- Experience with MRO software or aviation-related systems is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Agile product development principles.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear software requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in aviation engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is an advantage.
