In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our colleagues across the company have the tools, systems, and assistance they need to perform at their best. By providing hands-on technical support, proactively solving issues, and contributing to continuous improvements, you will play a key part in shaping a seamless digital workplace experience.
Tasks
- Ensure the establishment of efficient and functioning relationships with IT support domain’s vendors and service providers.
- Analyze and identify root causes of IT problems.
- Perform necessary approval tasks assigned by the official corporate approval authorization matrix.
- Analyze requests and incidents on the help desk system for escalation to IT System Engineers, IT Network Engineers, or System Support Engineers. Evaluate and assign help desk records to the appropriate IT units or personnel.
- Deliver end-user devices provided by the company to users.
- Manage maintenance and troubleshooting activities of printers.
- Provide general end-user support via phone or on-premise/hands-on support.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades.
- Control and audit access to resources.
- Install, configure, and deliver client computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment to end-users.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for cases reported through CRM system, email, telephone, or on-site visits.
Requirements
Good oral and written communication skills in English, Turkish, and German are required.
- Minimum technical school education, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in IT Service Support. Completion of commercial vocational training.
- Basic level experience with operations IT systems hardware and software.
