Responsibilities

• Consult our clients on the conception and implementation of innovative and technically demanding CRM solutions based on SAP C/4HANA in Sales & Service, and regularly expand your knowledge regarding innovations.
• Develop and implement migration scenarios for our clients in the Customer Experience domain.
• Participate in traditional and agile development projects.
• Potentially take on (sub-)project management tasks, depending on project size and complexity, onsite and remotely.
• Support sales activities with pre-sales tasks, including proposal creation and presentations.

Requirements

• Completed education or university degree with relevant IT work experience.
• Several years of experience in process analysis, conceptual design, technology design, and configuration of CRM solutions, especially SAP CRM / C/4HANA.
• Strong interest in CRM and Customer Experience, enthusiasm for new technologies/methods.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies or hybrid (cloud & on-premise) architectures is desirable.
• Strong consulting skills, flexibility, and excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
