About the role

As a Senior Consultant (all genders) focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Core-HR (Employee Central), you will advise clients throughout all phases of digitalization and transformation projects. You will also contribute to the strategic development and expansion of our consulting unit.

• Lead all project phases of SAP SuccessFactors Core-HR/Employee Central implementations.
• Develop project plans, effort estimates, and timelines.
• Consult with business units on requirements feasibility, best practices, solution architecture, and facilitate process redesign workshops, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation, presentations, handling complex client inquiries, and system demonstrations.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Core-HR roadmap topics like Time Management, ECP, and Joule.

Requirements

• Extensive end-to-end project experience in Core-HR transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Core-HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in Employee Central configuration with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, ECP, and SAP HCM is desirable.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities swiftly in projects.
• Strong customer orientation, quality focus, and initiative.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, professionalism in client and team interactions.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willing to travel for projects.
