Transformation Manager – Innovation Program Design (all genders)in Berlin
We are looking for a (Junior) Transformation Manager with Focus on Innovation Program Design (all genders), passionate about bringing our various LIH learning offers for Lufthansa Group to the next level.
The Transformation team at LIH aims to equip Lufthansa Group with the mindset and skillset for driving (digital) innovation and transfer the methodologies, mindset and structures we see at innovative and digital companies. For that, the team has a wide array of products & services to upskill Lufthansa Group employees and leadership of core topics of innovation practice, culture & leadership, organizational set-up & change. These are either in-person, online or blended and include trainings, learning journeys, workshops and our own digital innovation platform.
You will take on the dual role in improving existing and supporting the design of new offerings with the Transformation team and other LIH and LHG teams. Existing ones include, for instance, (i) a modular blended learning journey for Lufthansa Group leadership on digital innovation focusing on exploring trends, practically teaching innovation methods, embracing customer centricity or honing leadership skills to nurture innovative behaviors (ii) specific deep dive modules diving further into technologies, innovation culture, leading digital change or pitching of ideas or (iii) team-based workshops around GenAI, idea validation or Psychological Safety.
The position is part of the growing LIH Transformation team in Berlin with personal presence at Lufthansa Group locations in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Vienna and Zurich as required.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include:
- Translate customer and learner needs into formats , co-create curricula & design innovative and engaging participant experiences for existing and new offerings in collaboration with the Transformation team.
- Develop own perspectives on relevant topics for our offerings that extend the Transformation team point of views, e.g. on corporate innovation, innovation methodologies, leadership, culture change, future of work or learning itself.
- Design didactically sound and visually appealing learning content in collaboration with the Transformation and other LIH teams.
- Iterate and embellish existing and develop new impactful performance supports , that help participants effectively develop new behaviors and routines (e.g. booklets, MIRO boards, other digital assets).
- Transform and extend existing in-person training programs into engaging virtual learning journeys.
- Continuously identify and infuse latest developments, external perspectives & emerging trends into our offerings to strengthen our LIH positioning as (market-driven) thought leaders.
- Selectively facilitate and bring to life formats in co-delivery with other facilitators to collect learnings and continuously improve formats.
Profile:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development, Consulting or Change Management either in the corporate or start-up context, ideally with particular focus on innovation, experience design, and/or leadership transformation.
- Strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning principles, with understanding of how to create effective learning journeys and educational frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging user experiences through trainings, workshops, and other formats, with keen attention to usability, participant interaction, and selection of facilitation methods, and practical implementation.
- Skilled in development of content and other physical & digital resources (e.g. workshop materials, booklets, digital artifacts) with passion for and proven track-record of developing own perspectives on a broad range of topics.
- Passion and proven knowledge in Transformation core topic areas (see above).
- Creative and organizational champion with strong ownership and the ambition to bring a spark and the unique LIH spirit in all our offerings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders efficiently.
- Facilitation skills and experience in leading workshops and trainings, comfortable guiding larger teams in virtual or physical settings with stage presence.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong in written and spoken communication.
- Working proficiency in German and English (C-Level).
