The Product Owner for the FleetAssigner module is the visionary & strategist behind this sub-product. They follow strategic guidelines & have a deep understanding of customer needs & market trends. They lead agile teams, prioritize the component backlog & make decisions based on feedback & analysis.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the functional and non-functional properties of the sub product / product module
- Responsibility for the business case and costs, contributing to the business plan
- Responsibility for maintainability, operability, and security
- Defining the scope and delivery date of releases for the sub-product / product module
- Evaluating which product features have been completed
- Acceptance of product features and components
- Regular communication of relevant information to stakeholders regarding the sub-product / product module
- Regular professional exchange with the Senior Product Owner / Chief Product Owner
- Providing input for other tasks of the Senior Product Owner / Chief Product Owner
- Professional leadership of the development team
- Taking on special tasks

Qualifications
You have a proactive mentality & expertise in agile software development, strong strategic & entrepreneurial skills and a focus on innovative solutions. You bring a degree in economics or business informatics, knowledge of network planning & scheduling products, and roles as a Product Owner.
- Completed, relevant academic degree (e.g. economics, business informatics)
- Professional experience as a Product Manager / Owner (m / f / diverse) or similar role in software product development
- Industry know-how in network planning, scheduling, operations
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Knowledge of requirement management (functional & non-functional)
- Leadership competence & team ability & good communication skills
- Confident appearance, good contact and cooperation behavior, high resilience
- Mobility, willingness to travel
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written
