The \“Candidate Experience\“ program gives you a comprehensive insight into all phases of the candidate journey for different target groups of our Lufthansa Technik product segments, with the following focal points: Working closely with program management to prepare workshops, management presentations as well as communication and change management measures Support with defined focus measures to improve the candidate experience, e.g. in the areas of technology, process and interface management Contributing impulses and ideas based on experience from your own application process Benefits Free parking, Canteen (subsidized by employer), Jobticket / Subsidized public transport, Discounts / shopping, Employee events (summer festivals, participation in sports competitions etc), Flexible working hours, Fitness studio / sports facilities / company football etc. Behind the scenes Taking off together! The internship is scheduled to start in June/July 2025 or for 6 months by arrangement. The internship is remunerated. Requirements You don\’t have to have a specific focus. You convince us with your high drive, your creativity and your willingness to question previous approaches and work together with various interfaces to achieve sustainable change. You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelor\’s and Master\’s degree program (gap year) Project management expertise At least fluent in German and English HR knowledge is an advantage (applicant management) Further information can also be found in our FAQs.
