As an intern, the following wide range of responsibilities await you: Carry out a smooth and functioning process for requesting/ accessing missing documentation, together with internal and external stakeholders, thereby improving inter-departmental collaboration Assess documentation access requests from other Group companies Resolve technical errors within the context of component maintenance documentation Publish monthly and quarterly reports on team performance Support day-to-day operational activities in both units of the team, including involvement in 1 or 2 Digitalization projects Benefits Free parking, Canteen (subsidized by employer), Employee events (summer festivals, participation in sports competitions etc), Flexible working hours Behind the scenes Zentralprozessbetreuung (ZPB) One unit of the Technical Documentation team is tasked with ensuring the validity of the hundreds of thousands of documents in use by the Lufthansa Technik Group companies, as well as the wider Deutsche Lufthansa Airlines network. Lebenslaufkarten (LLK) The other unit of the team harbors the expertise when it comes to the Lebenslaufkarten (LLK), i.e., the extensive documentation of a component’s repairs and its general lifecycle, which is a crucial legal requirement by aviation authorities. Requirements Here are the requirements for the role: To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship. Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year) Very good Microsoft Office (O365) skills; SAP knowledge is a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills English fluency is a must and intermediate-level (B1-B2) German is a plus Reliable, taking initiative, and having a strong sense of responsibility Confident and not shy to ask questions Team-player and ability to establish rapport with others More information can also be found in our FAQs .
