Manager Cyber Security Awareness (m/f/d) (multiple positions)

Cyber attacks are becoming increasingly sophisticated – vigilant employees are our best defense against them. Our team ensures that employees are not only aware of the risks, but also know how to behave correctly: Through targeted training, phishing simulations, Group-wide awareness campaigns and much more, we turn potential weak points into strong allies!

Tasks

As a team member, your responsibilities will include the (further) development of awareness measures based on the dynamic threat situation and the promotion of our cyber security culture:

1. Development & implementation of a communication strategy for all internal and external stakeholders.
2. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of cyber security awareness measures and further development based on the changing threat situation.
3. Case-based creation of reports summarizing current security risks, incidents, trends and risk mitigation measures.
4. Design and collection of central cyber security KPIs to continuously measure and improve the cyber risk status.
5. Development & implementation of target group-specific training measures and programs, taking regulatory requirements into account.

Requirements

We are looking for tech-enthusiastic storytellers who can convey complex content clearly and creatively, design interactive training courses and push cyber security awareness to the next level with us:

1. Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, communications, marketing, journalism or a related field.
2. Good knowledge of IT security policies, measures and procedures.
3. High level of creativity, conceptual strength and quick perception.
4. Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience in the development and implementation of reporting strategies and processes.
6. Strong knowledge and experience in the target group-oriented presentation and communication of IT security risks.
7. With a Master’s degree, at least 3 years of professional experience (5 years with a Bachelor’s degree) in cyber security awareness or marketing & communication.
