Zurich Office & Internal Events Manager

LumApps is seeking an Office & Internal Events Manager for our Zurich hub. You will bridge day-to-day office management with planning and executing internal events to foster a connected team culture across global hubs, including Paris, Lyon, Zurich, Krakow, and the US. In this role, you will coordinate reception, travel, onboarding materials, and vendor relations while ensuring a smooth, engaging working environment for around 40–50 Zurich-based colleagues.
