Ihre AufgabenThis position plays an essential role in supporting Flight Operations at LUMINAIR. The primary focus lies in the coordination of operational processes and compliance support within the flight operations department, while also ensuring seamless integration of crew training activities.Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating operational documentation, assisting with regulatory compliance, audit preparation and overseeing the administration of training records. The role acts as an important interface between flight crew, training management and flight operations leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations.Ihr ProfilOrganized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operational and training-related documentationAviation Knowledge: Understanding of EASA regulations and aviation training standards (e.g.
