Agent Tarification (m/f/x)

Pour notre département Tarification au sein de LuxairTours, nous recherchons un(e) Agent Tarification (m/f/x).

Missions :

• Ensure the pricing of all components is correctly entered into the system so that bookings can process all orders.
• Prepare and distribute price lists to enable the production of catalogues within the defined deadlines.
• Gather all pricing components required to calculate the prices of LuxairTours package products.
• Respond to any pricing irregularities by providing support to the Call Center concernant les tarifs de LuxairTours.
• Act as the main point of contact for LuxairTours guides, answering customer inquiries related to package pricing.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Relations department regarding refund requests.
• Act as the key liaison with the Finance department for all matters related to supplier pricing.
• Enter all relevant components for staff bookings to enable the calculation of preferential rates offered to Luxair employees and travel agents.

Profil requis :

• Minimum requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor +3) in Tourism or have proven experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of numerical aptitude.
• Be fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Be proficient in standard office software applications.
• Able to work independently.
• Dynamic and flexible.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of making decisions.

Ideal candidate :

• Previous experience within an airline or a tour operator would be considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of French, Luxembourgish, or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
