Job Description
For our department Training MTC within LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an): Technical Training Officer (m/f/x) Main duties: Keep Technical Training records updated according to current internal regulations in force Support and forward the required info to the Head of Technical Training for future training planning Be responsible for all administrative tasks and related communication for Technics staff in close cooperation with all concerned departments according to internal rules in force Supervise all Computer Based Training related courses and tests in close cooperation with the Head of Technical Training and Technical Instructor& Assessor Prepare, coordinate and organize training facilities Prepare and keep updated technical training course documentation Support the Head of Technical Training in organizing continuous trainings for Technics Required profile: Minimum required criteria Be holder of a "BAC" or equivalent and / or proven experience in the area of activity Show strong office management skills Be a team player Be familiar in standard office applications Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written) Be well-organized and self-initiative Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties Show the ability to adapt to evolving working environment Desired or to be acquired criteria Show user skills in the tools used in the department and Human Resources Ideal candidate Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
