Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) – Munich, Germany (one‑year fixed‑term contract).
What You Will Do
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring an efficient, quality‑driven process.
- Partner with hiring managers to build structured assessments, manage expectations, and provide market insights.
- Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to design and execute targeted pipelines aligned with business goals.
- Deliver an elite, high‑touch interview journey to position Mytheresa as an employer of choice.
- Build strategic external partnerships with agencies, universities, and industry networks.
- Support the team on strategic recruitment projects, employer branding, and operational workflow improvements.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3+ years of full‑time, progressive recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on, advanced experience utilizing the Workday Recruiting module.
- Confidence and fluency in using advanced AI tools within the recruitment workflow (e. g., sourcing, screening, automation).
- Fully fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and modern passive sourcing platforms.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong ability to influence, prioritize, negotiate, and constructively push back with stakeholders.
