HR Payroll Manager
WAS DU TUN WIRST
- Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und Betreuung aller dazugehörigen Folgeaktivitäten
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Melde-, Berichts- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Ämtern und Behörden
- Verantwortung für Stammdatenpflege und Abwesenheitsverwaltung
- Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitern
- Mitwirkung bei Betriebsprüfungen & Jahresabschluss
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken, Analysen und Reporting
- Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei HR-Prozesse
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/Steuerfachangestellte
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung/Personalsachbearbeitung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang in DATEV, MS-Office, Excel und ATOSS
- Sehr sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verbindlichkeit sowie Flexibilität
- Hohe Integrität, Diskretion und absolute Zuverlässigkeit
- Ausgeprägte „Hands On“ – Mentalität
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
