Sprachgenie: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Mindset: Eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer echten Hands-on-Mentalität.
Skills: Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein grundlegendes Interesse am kommerziellen Sektor.

Recruiting & Event Support: Support our recruiting activities for the operations teams and actively assist the recruitment team during our Hiring Days.
Candidate Experience: Organize and schedule job interviews, ensuring that applicants feel welcome and valued throughout the process.
Overview Management: Maintain and keep our open position overviews up to date.
Stakeholder Management: Foster trustful and close cooperation with the respective hiring departments.
WHO YOU ARE:
Education: Enrolled student, ideally in a business, social science, or humanities program.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
Mindset: Independent, conscientious way of working with a strong hands-on mentality.
Skills: Good communication skills and a genuine interest in the commercial sector.
