Project Description:

German chemical concern headquartered in Ludwigshafen. The world\’s largest chemical company, the concern produces a wide range of products: plastic, paint, cosmetics, food additives, technical and construction chemicals, agrochemical plant protection products, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain simple applications with a focus on back-end technologies like .net
• Collaborate with frontend engineers
• Be capable to contribute in APIs using Python
• Utilize version control systems (Git) for source code management
• Be capable to cover code with unit and integration tests

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience of 1+ years of .net/C#
• Experience of using Microsoft Azure for project needs
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL
• Ability to read English/German documentation

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Practical usage of Python is a huge plus
• Ability to utilize BDD approach
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of any of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is strongly appreciated
