Responsibilities

• Perform Requirement analysis
• Participate in active communication and clarification with customer stakeholders regarding requirements and test specification
• Participation/execution of review for created specifications
• Creation of Test cases and Test specification
• Test preparation and execution
• Test Analysis and test evaluation
• Found in specifications defects logging/reporting
• Proactive reporting on progress, blockers and open points

Skills

Must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Academic degree.
• Working experience in IT 3 years min.
• Proven experience in testing in Automotive domains.
• Strong experience of requirements and test specification analysis and creation (coverage, traceability, review)
• Proven strong working experience with IBM DOORs or another requirements management system/tool
• Understanding of testing life-cycle.
• Experience in test processes.
• Understanding of the different testing levels and their scope.
• Understanding of the testing types and testing techniques.
• Understanding of ASPICE best practices to ensure manageability, reliability, and deliverables.
• Advanced communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good problem-solving skills. Foresee potential issues and risks and come up with solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented with proven ability to track and support a activities under responsibility
• Customer centric mindset
• Working experience with Jira / Confluence

Skills

• Big plus – working experience with CodeBeamer ALM
• Understanding of Automation strategies.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model, Agile)
• German language B2+
