Your work will directly contribute to fostering a collaborative and legally compliant working environment across our 7 German entities. Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple German Works Councils, ensuring Project Support: Support HR and business projects requiring co-determination, including organizational Compliance & Documentation: Minimum 5 years of experience in labour relations or HR roles with a strong focus on German co-determination.
