Automotive Test Engineer (HiL Maintenance)

DXC-Luxoft is currently supporting several German OEMs in building their next-generation battery-electric vehicle platforms. We help industrializing, integrating and testing the platform and functional software, especially during critical integration phases approaching start-of-production. Responsibilities

1. Responsibility of continuous construction and maintenance for a set of test benches (HiL) in customer premises/offices in Telematic/Connectivity/Infotainment/Diagnostic domain.
2. Cariad vehicle platform specific construction and maintenance of HiLs including pinning, soldering, wiring.
3. Flashing and coding of HiLs based on customer/user requirements.
4. Error analysis and problem solving on test benches and vehicles.

SKILLS

Must have

1. Experience with VWG/Cariad.
2. Experience with VWG/Cariad ECUs flashing & coding.
3. Construction and maintenance of HiLs including pinning, soldering, wiring.
4. Cariad vehicle platform understanding.
5. Manual Testing.
6. System Testing.
7. ODIS, IDEX, VKMS, CP Tool, ADB, Wireshark, Ethernet, MQTT.

Nice to have

German C1, Prototype Drivers Licence.
