Overview In this role you will lead the overall solution architecture for the DXC Murex implementation, aligning Front Office, Risk, Accounting and Enterprise Integrations with client standards. You will drive target-state architecture across multi-stream delivery and act as the primary architectural liaison for client teams and vendors. The position combines executive leadership, programme governance and delivery accountability to ensure a successful two-phase deployment. You will influence architecture decisions, oversee critical integrations, and support governance and reporting at SteerCo level. This is a high-impact role in a complex capital markets transformation with a focus on delivering a Mx Verantwortungsbereiche Own the overall solution architecture for the DXC Murex implementation Define target-state architecture across Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Reporting, Data Management and Integrations Ensure alignment with client's enterprise architecture standards Establish architecture principles, design governance and technical standards Review and approve design decisions across delivery streams Serve as architectural counterpart for client EA, Murex teams and integration vendors Own overall delivery accountability and act as DXC primary contact with client, Murex and vendors Support SteerCo governance and executive reporting Manage planning, budgeting, staffing and resource mobilisation Drive completion of design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare activities Ensure regulatory, operational and performance delivery requirements are met Maintain accountability for DXC deliveries and acceptance criteria Manage stakeholder engagement across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations and IT Coordinate with Murex product teams and third-party vendors Facilitate decisions on integration, architecture and operating model design Contribute to executive communications on status, risks and dependencies Oversee critical integrations including CTTS, Broadridge, ZEMA, SAP and Quantum Zentrale Anforderungen 15+ years of Capital Markets, Treasury or Commodities technology delivery 10+ years managing large-scale Murex transformations Strong executive stakeholder management Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar trading platform implementations Experience delivering commodity trading and risk management solutions Strong understanding of Front Office, Risk, Operations and Finance Experience leading global teams across multiple locations Strong commercial and contractual management Experience running SteerCos and executive governance forums Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience ensuring integration, migration and reconciliation strategies Operational readiness and production support modeling experience Strong communication Stakeholder management Leadership Murex transformation programmes Front Office, Risk, Operations and Finance knowledge Enterprise integrations
