The role will focus on building and evolving a new enterprise-grade application for a Compliance platform as part of a strategic greenfield initiative. /liliThis is an on-site position based at the client's office in Baar, Switzerland, enabling close collaboration with business stakeholders and the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle. /liliThe team has already developed an extensive prototype, which is evolving into the production application. The selected developers will join the project to complete the implementation, support production deployment, and continue extending the solution with new business capabilities. The application is being developed using a modern AI-assisted software engineering approach, where Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code are a core part of the development process. Developers will work in a new paradigm of software delivery, using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of technical decisions, solution quality, and delivered outcomes.
