IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced specialist to work for one of our client from the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leading workshops and analysis to identify current-state challenges and improvement opportunities
• Gathering, prioritizing, and documenting user requirements, defining end to end specifications.
• Designing solutions and roadmaps for Portfolio Analytics and Client Reporting
• Independently perform system testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance standards are met.
• Enhancing operational procedures and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights and analytics

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary roles as an IT Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer.
• Degree in Business Information Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of IT Technologies
• Proficiency in application domain data modeling, with the ability to read Java code and a strong familiarity with data sourcing techniques and databases, including SQL and object-based formats such as JSON
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Domain knowledge of the business side beneficial:
• Financial service industry, financial instruments, structured products
• Portfolio risk calculation or similar financial mathematical methodology, e.g. investment portfolios risk & return, statistics, financial products.
• Monitoring of key portfolio metrics against limits, Portfolio health checks
