h3Project description /h3 pYou will join a globally distributed team in the Wealth Management area of a leading global bank, working in the AI Factory stream. The stream turns AI use cases into production-grade solutions that automate and improve business processes across the organisation. The team combines workflow orchestration on the Flowable platform with Python-based AI and data services. This lets processes such as client servicing, document handling, approvals and operational workflows be partly or fully automated, with human-in-the-loop control where needed. Everything runs in a highly regulated environment, so reliability, auditability, security and compliance are key. We are looking for a senior Python Flowable Engineer who wants to bring AI capabilities into real business processes and help shape the technical direction of the stream. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and build process automation solutions that combine Flowable workflows with Python-based AI and data servicesModel processes, cases and decisions using BPMN 2.0, CMMN and DMN, including human-in-the-loop review stepsDevelop Python services and APIs (e.g. FastAPI/Flask) that Flowable processes call, including integration with AI/ML and LLM servicesIntegrate workflows with internal and external systems through REST APIs and messagingTurn business use cases into technical designs together with business analysts, data scientists and stakeholdersMake sure AI-enabled processes are traceable, auditable and compliant with the bank's security and risk requirementsWrite unit and integration tests, take part in code reviews and promote engineering best practicesSupport deployment and operation of solutions across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD) using CI/CDTroubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolutionAct as a technical expert in the team, guide less experienced engineers and contribute to solution architecture decisions /li /ul br/ h3SKILLS /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul li10+ years of software development experience, with strong recent hands-on Python experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Flowable (or Activiti / Camunda)Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0; practical experience with CMMN and DMNProven experience designing and building REST APIs and service integrations (FastAPI, Flask or similar)Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-based services into business applicationsGood knowledge of SQL and relational databasesExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar) and DockerWorking knowledge of Java / Spring Boot, enough to extend and integrate with the Flowable platformTrack record of working in a globally distributed Agile team in a senior or lead capacityGood spoken and written English /li /ul br/ h3Nice to have /h3 pExperience with LLM frameworks and patterns (e.g. LangChain, RAG, prompt engineering)Experience with Flowable Work / Flowable Design, including Flowable AI featuresContainerisation and deployment on KubernetesCloud experience, ideally Microsoft Azure (including Azure OpenAI)Messaging and event-driven integration (Kafka, JMS/MQ)Experience in banking or wealth management, ideally with process automation or AI use cases /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
