pul /br liWe are looking for two Senior Full Stack Developers for our client, one of the world's largest natural resource companies. The role will focus on building and evolving a new enterprise-grade application for a Compliance platform as part of a strategic greenfield initiative. /li /br liThis is an on-site position based at the client's office in Baar, Switzerland, enabling close collaboration with business stakeholders and the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle. /li /br liThe team has already developed an extensive prototype, which is evolving into the production application. The selected developers will join the project to complete the implementation, support production deployment, and continue extending the solution with new business capabilities. The application is being developed using a modern AI-assisted software engineering approach, where Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code are a core part of the development process. Developers will work in a new paradigm of software delivery, using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of technical decisions, solution quality, and delivered outcomes. This role requires experienced engineers who can act as technical orchestrators of AI development tools - defining tasks, reviewing generated solutions, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that delivered code is technically correct, scalable, maintainable, and fit for enterprise use. /li /br /ul /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /br liDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot. /li /br liComplete and evolve an existing application prototype into a production-ready enterprise solution. /li /br liDevelop new application features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements. /li /br liDesign and implement frontend components, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing solutions. /li /br liWork closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions. /li /br liUse Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platforms as part of daily engineering activities. /li /br liOrchestrate AI-assisted development workflows by defining implementation goals, reviewing generated code, and ensuring technical correctness. /li /br liCritically evaluate AI-generated solutions and challenge or improve them where required. /li /br liApply software engineering best practices including clean code principles, design patterns, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering standards. /li /br liParticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. /li /br liSupport application deployment activities and ensure production readiness. /li /br liTroubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform. /li /br liCollaborate effectively within an Agile development environment. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills /h3 /brh3Must have /h3 /brul /br li7+ years of professional software development experience. /li /br liStrong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. /li /br liExcellent knowledge of Angular and TypeScript. /li /br liStrong Java development experience with Spring Boot. /li /br liExperience building enterprise-grade web applications. /li /br liExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs. /li /br liExperience with enterprise data platforms, complex integrations, and high-volume data processing. /li /br liExperience with modern software engineering practices, including Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes. /li /br liPractical experience using Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code (preferred), Codex, Cursor, or equivalent AI-assisted development platforms. /li /br liAbility to effectively orchestrate, review, validate, and challenge AI-generated solutions to ensure technical correctness, quality, and maintainability. /li /br liStrong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles. /li /br liAbility to define and enforce engineering standards, technical guidelines, and development best practices. /li /br liAbility to independently assess technical solutions and make sound engineering decisions. /li /br liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li /br liAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /br /ul /brh3Nice to have /h3 /brul /br liExperience in Commodity Trading, Financial Services, Banking, or other complex business domains. /li /br liExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. /li /br liFamiliarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka. /li /br liExperience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
