Your role
This HR Business Partner will work closely with the business in transforming the business and driving the HR agenda.
Main responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to provide HR guidance.
- Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the business and ensure the deployment of HR policy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning Compensation, Employment Law/Relations, etc.
- Act as a high-impact and trusted change manager to the organization.
- Close collaboration with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence.
- Ensure compliance with German legislation.
Main requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
- At least a first HRBP experience (minimum 3 years)
- High problem solving and analytical capability.
- Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team/business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
