For our production in Trimbach, we are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement.
Overall Activities and Process Handling:
- Organizes and monitors curative maintenance in case of breakdowns.
- Assists the Maintenance Manager with mechanical design and maintenance tasks.
- Installs and performs diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
- Develops and implements mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoots mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Documents processes and maintains mechanical service records.
- Monitors the availability of parts and replenishes supplies.
- Optimizes mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Trains co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Maintains a tidy work environment and adheres to industry regulations.
