Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Working Student to join our team in München, Germany. As a Human Resources Working Student DACH, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Human Resources Director and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the success of our organization. This position offers a valuable learning experience for students pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
- Assist in the offboarding process, ensuring that exit procedures are followed.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees as needed.
- Employee Engagement:
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee recognition programs.
- HR Projects:
- Work on various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR strategies.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local regulations.
- Support the maintenance of employee handbooks and HR manuals.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian is a bonus
Duration: Part-time Werkstudent position, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your studies.
