Working closelywith Store Managers and their teams, you will ensure sustainable businessresults and consistently high retail standards across the network.Your ResponsibilitiesLead,coach and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers, fosteringaccountability, engagement and performance.Monitorsales results, KPIs and customer traffic, identifying opportunities andimplementing effective action plans.Drivecommercial performance and contribute actively to the achievement ofbusiness objectives.Maintaina strong field presence through regular store visits.Ensureconsistently high standards in customer experience, visual merchandising,store presentation and operational procedures.Supportworkforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management andemployee development.Ensureeffective communication between the stores and the wider organisation.Supportproduct launches, commercial initiatives and in-store activations.Overseeinventory, stock management and administrative procedures across thenetwork.Your ProfileSolidexperience in premium or luxury retail, ideally with store or multi-sitemanagement responsibilities.Provenleadership skills and a genuine ability to coach, engage and developmanagers and teams.Strongcommercial acumen and confidence working with sales targets, KPIs andperformance action plans.Ahands-on leadership style, combined with strong organisational andoperational capabilities.Theability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.Aproactive, solution-oriented and resilient mindset.Flexibilityand willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.Fluencyin German and English, at a minimum C1 level. French and/or Italian wouldbe an asset.Previous multi-store management experience would be astrong advantage.
