pLuxury Experts is supporting a leading international group operating within the premium-luxury retail sector, in the recruitment of an experienced and commercially driven bRetail Manager /b. /p pBased in the Zurich-Kloten area, the successful candidate will oversee and further develop a network of retail locations across Kloten Airport and areas of the German part of Switzerland. /p pThis hands-on leadership role combines commercial performance, people development and operational excellence. Working closely with Store Managers and their teams, you will ensure sustainable business results and consistently high retail standards across the network. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering accountability, engagement and performance. /li liMonitor sales results, KPIs and customer traffic, identifying opportunities and implementing effective action plans. /li liDrive commercial performance and contribute actively to the achievement of business objectives. /li liMaintain a strong field presence through regular store visits. /li liEnsure consistently high standards in customer experience, visual merchandising, store presentation and operational procedures. /li liSupport workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development. /li liEnsure effective communication between the stores and the wider organisation. /li liSupport product launches, commercial initiatives and in-store activations. /li liOversee inventory, stock management and administrative procedures across the network. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liSolid experience in premium-luxury retail, ideally with large store or multi-site management responsibilities. /li liProven leadership skills and a genuine ability to coach, engage and develop managers and teams. /li liStrong commercial acumen and confidence working with sales targets, KPIs and performance action plans. /li liA hands-on leadership style, combined with strong organisational and operational capabilities. /li liThe ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. /li liA proactive, solution-oriented and resilient mindset. /li liFlexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. /li liFluency in German and English, at a minimum C1 level. /li /ul pPrevious multi-store management experience would be a strong advantage. bExperience within jewellery, watches or travel retail would also be highly valued /b. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pThis position could suit either an established multi-site retail leader or an accomplished Store Manager (large scale) ready to take the next step into a broader regional role. /p pIt offers the opportunity to join an international organisation in a key leadership position, with a direct impact on commercial performance, people development and customer experience. /p pWe look forward to reviewing your profile in complete confidentiality. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
