Your responsibilities will include: Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results Welcome every client and provide the best client experience Support clients in purchasing all LV products Develop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty Contribute effectively to teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique Learn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour Follow company policies and procedures What we are looking for: Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset Passion for the Maison and its different universes Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Flexibility and problem-solving abilities Availability to work on weekends and during the entire high season Proficiency in English and German or Russian (B2 minimum); other languages are an asset
