BPP is hiring a Customer Service Administrator to join our team, supporting both Operations and Sales to deliver an exceptional experience for our students and clients.
This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing both administrative responsibilities and customer interactions.
The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our training centre operations while supporting the full customer journey. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service standards and efficient processes.
Key responsibilities
Operations
- Coordinate and schedule exams effectively
- Administer test sessions and provide on‑site support to students
- Prepare classrooms to maintain a professional learning environment
- Support site maintenance and IT processes, including student PC setup
- Provide operational cover, including occasional weekend support
Customer Service and Sales Support
- Support the Sales team with day‑to‑day administrative activities
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data within the CRM system
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in German and English
- Generate invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Follow up on payments in line with agreed timeframes
- Manage enrolment communications and follow up with customers
- Collaborate with regional Customer Service and Operations teams
About you
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using CRM and accounts software
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
