Your journey with LYNX:

• Assessing the daily inflow of financial alerts;
• Describing the customer profile, analyzing financial data, detailing why a specific alert was triggered, conducting a plausibility check on the transactions, and logging your findings in detail;
• Searching public sources for information regarding the customer, verifying if all information is up-to-date, and determining the appropriate risk profile for the customer;
• Contacting customers regarding remarkable transactions and client information;
• Ensuring that all processes are compliant with laws and regulations;
• Working closely with the TM professionals within all branches of LYNX.

Are you the one we\’re looking for?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Criminology, or a Financial-oriented study;
• You have experience in customer contact and knowledge of investment products – experience in Transaction Monitoring or CDD is a plus;
• You possess detective skills with a keen eye for detail;
• You are a writing talent with native Czech and decent English vocabulary and grammar skills, and you can structure and write a clear assessment;
• You follow instructions carefully and flawlessly, applying adequate criteria in forming judgments;
• You\’re a proactive learner, eager to keep up-to-date with relevant literature, and unafraid to ask questions for your personal and professional growth.
