- Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of data-driven knowledge gathering, including connecting, mining, simulating, predicting, visualising and deploying data solutions.
- Develop data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Translate business needs into hypotheses and lead advanced analytical projects while performing ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions.
- Design, train, deploy and monitor predictive models and algorithms.
- Develop data-driven business case models.
- Build and run simulation scenarios to quantify revenue and business impact under different assumptions.
- Clearly communicate findings and explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
- A strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of financial markets and financial products, such as options and futures.
- Experience with pricing models or revenue simulations is considered a strong advantage.
