The HR Administrator responsibilities include assisting employees relocating to OCONUS and from OCONUS locations, supporting TESA employees, conducting local orientation, and researching and maintaining an information library. The incumbent also provides general HR assistance. This is a part-time position.
Position Requirements
This position requires at least 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative role.
An associate degree is required, preferably in a business-related field.
The incumbent must meet the following requirements:
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (native or near-native speaker).
- General office administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a service-related field.
- Understanding of or experience in HR is a plus.
The incumbent must possess the following skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential issues.
- High level of communication and customer service skills.
- Effective time management to complete projects promptly.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding/Transfers:
- Assist employees with relocation and provide relocation information prior to departure.
- Deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for candidates in Germany.
- Develop, plan, and lead orientation sessions in Germany for new employees.
- Assist employees upon arrival in Stuttgart.
- Conduct base orientation.
HR Support:
- Support general inquiries regarding benefits, immigration & mobility, living in Germany, and TESA benefits.
- Coordinate with project leaders and managers to disseminate HR information.
- Participate in manager/employee issues as needed.
Terminations & Out-processing:
- Coordinate employee terminations with management and HR, ensuring proper procedures.
- Manage out-processing, including return of company property, ID cards, security debriefs.
- Coordinate country-specific out-processing.
Backup responsibilities:
- TESA/TR/UK SOFA
- BACO-90s

- Prolonged exposure to computer screens and sitting.
- Reaching by extending hands or arms.
- Finger dexterity for tasks like typing.
- Listening and understanding spoken information.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Reading and comprehending written information.
- Applying rules to solve specific problems.
