Your Mission
- You will be responsible for the management and expansion of our channel and customer structures outside the DACH region (acquisition, on-boarding and development)
- You develop strategies to identify country-specific requirements such as features or other framework conditions
- You develop joint growth, sales and marketing plans with our sales partners with the aim of steadily increasing sales
- You work closely with colleagues from other business areas (e.g. Inside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Controlling)
- You identify, organize and carry out country-specific appointments and events
Your Profile
- You have several years of experience in (software) sales and have sound knowledge of sales channel and partner management
- In addition to your confident communication skills, you have a hands-on mentality and an eye for the right trends in IT
- A high degree of customer orientation and an affinity for numbers are among your strengths, and you work in a focused, structured and sustainable manner
- You pursue your goals ambitiously and persistently. You also present yourself confidently and find it easy to get others excited about something
- You are proficient in both German and English at C2 level. Spanish and/or French are a plus
