What You\’ll Be Doing

• Develop scalable custom software solutions using Java or Python
• Integrate modern AI technologies (e.g. LangChain, A2A, ADK) into enterprise applications
• Containerize and deploy services with Docker & Kubernetes
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure the highest code quality
• Design, optimise, and maintain relational database structures
• Collaborate closely with an 8-person engineering team to implement customer-specific requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement & innovation initiatives across projects
• Work on modern, cloud-oriented architectures with high automation standards

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in software development of scalable applications
• Excellent skills in Java or Python
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Practical experience with AI technologies (e.g. LangChain, A2A, ADK)
• Strong proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Solid understanding of relational database systems
• High learning agility, strong motivation, and team-oriented mindset
• German C1_
